关于迪斯尼玩具产品的品质控制管理部分主要是两大块：产品测试 + 工厂审核
1. 产品测试：
目前迪斯尼全球唯一指定的测试实验室只有3家: BV, ITS, UL. 其中主要测试产品线都被BV和ITS瓜分. UL只有很少一部分.
测试全部由工厂自行送样, 不采用上门验货抽板形式.
测试费也全部由买方直接支付给实验室, 只有极少数的个别情况由供应商自行支付测试费.
在产品线分配上, 目前来看完全没有固定规律可循, 全凭采购方心情, 不分产品线随机分配. 同样的产品, 可能今天给BV, 明天给ITS做.
测试不接受retest, fail测试的情况发预报告给disney, disney决定接受不接受, 要么接受, 要么fail出, 不做retest.
每个产品都有一个PRR号码, 根据PRR号码确认PG LIST分类,有了分类后可以根据不同目的国要求做具体测试.
Disney美国玩具的话，根据stage是FA - Final Audit 还是 EA - Expiry Audit 会有不同测试要求。
FA阶段Safety+quality都做。EA阶段一般只做safety

现在迪斯尼验厂是可以用另外一个标准sedex替代的 时间快 价格低 难度小, 通过后同样可以拿到迪斯尼授权fama证书
