Please provide one US liquid quart of each coating material (minimum)
If the zinc primer and second coat are the same for more than one system, please provide additional US liquid quarts of the zinc primer and second coat for each coating system.

Panel Specimen Preparation:
Prepare (12) test panels measuring 3" x 6" x 1/16" for each exterior system.
Prepare (12) test panels measuring 3" x 6" x 1/16" plus (2) 4" x 4" x 0.032" Taber abrasion panels for each interior system.
Use steel conforming to Japanese Industrial Standard G3101 (type SS41) or its equivalent (such as ASTM A36, etc.). The steel shall be abrasive blasted to Swedish standard SA 21/2with a surface profile between 25-40 microns.
Comments:
Coat both panel sides and protect edges on all 3"x 6" panels. Coat one side of Taber panels with 1/4" hole drilled in the center
4" x 6" panels could also be used in place of 3" x 6" panels.
Send dry film thickness (DFT) measurements of each coating layer. These measurements can either be listed on the back of the panels using a label or sent in a spreadsheet.
1 If A36 grade steel cannot be acquired in 1/16′′ thickness, the 1⁄8′′ thick steel will be used for every test except impact testing, which will be prepared using commercial grade steel at 1/16′′thickness.
2 Testing will be entered into the queue upon receipt of the samples and a signed authorization to proceed.
Payment in full via wire transfer is required prior to initiation of testing. Upon receipt of the signed ATP, information for the wire transfer will be provided.
If baking is required for curing, an additional cost of $150.00 per coating layer will be incurred.
