The Construction Products Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 has been replaced the Construction Products Directive  89/106/EEC, CPR has been enforced from July, 2013. The construction products related to safety, healthy, environment must be labeled the CE Mark which to be sold in European market.
欧盟在2011年3月9日颁布了新的建筑产品法规（305/2011/EU - CPR） 取代了旧的建筑产品指令（89/106/EEC - CPD），通告CPR在2013年7月已进入强制执行阶段，涉及健康、安全、环保的建筑产品都将加贴CE标志才可进入欧盟市场。
