客服 Customer Service Officer

职位描述Job Responsibilities:

1、负责客户的咨询,收集整理相关信息;Deal with queries on services from client.
2、根据客户需求安排测试并跟踪全过程;Handle daily enquiry and arrangement of testing orders from client and vendors.
3、负责客户的投诉异常问题处理;Handle complaints from vendors/client.
4、负责客户良好关系的长期维护。Maintain good relationship with client .   

 

要求Job requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,英文四级及以上;University graduate,CET-4 or above.
2、良好的Office 操作能力;Be familiar with MS office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
3、良好的沟通协调能力; Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
4、有定单跟进工作经验优先,可接受优秀的应届毕业生。1~2 years customer service experience in consumer goods,  Excellent new graduates may also.
