Pollen Capturing(Filtering) Efficiency
This is to test the fte ring parts in the masks to determine the performance of capturing (filtering) physically the alternative pollen particles. The altemative pollen particles in this test are about 30 μm that are about the same diameter as cedar pollen and shall be the natural-find particles which are reported non-allergic,based on the past allergic tests
这是为了测试口罩中的过滤环节部分,以确定物理捕获(过滤)替代花粉颗粒的性能。本试验中的替代花粉粒径约为30μm,与雪松花粉粒径大致相同,根据以往的过敏试验,应为非过敏性的天然花粉粒。

Test Method Overview:
Attach the conditioned sample on the test machine and let the particles fall evenly on one-side ofthe sample while a certain volume of the particles are sent into the machine at a constant speed Measure the volume of the particles which have passed through the sample against the volume of the provided particles and calculate the capturing performance(%)
将经过处理的样品连接到试验机上,让颗粒均匀地落在样品的一侧,同时将一定体积的颗粒以恒定的速度送入试验机,测量穿过样品的颗粒体积与所提供颗粒体积的比值,并计算捕获率性能(%)
