PSE（Product Safety of Electrical Appliance & Materials）认证（在日本称之为“适合性检查”）是日本电气用品的强制性市场准入制度。目前，日本政府根据日本《电气用品安全法》将电气用品分为“特定电气用品”和“非特定电气用品”，所涵盖产品进入日本市场必须通过PSE安全认证。
